國際特赦組織香港海外分會國際特赦組織（Amnesty International）今日（15日）宣佈，2021年因國安法而停止在港運作的香港分會，正式於海外重新啟動 。此「流亡分會」強調，其目標非旨在重塑過去的公民社會秩序，而是尋找新模式與各地港人重新連結。
Amnesty International Hong Kong Overseas 國際特赦組織香港海外分會 理事、前香港立法會議員張超雄表示：「我們有責任做得更多，去支持在艱難的環境下仍然決定留守，繼續人權工作的香港人。」
