澳洲牛奶公司（英語：Australia Dairy Company，坊間簡稱澳牛）是一家著名冰室，始創於1970年。馳名食物包括炒蛋和多士。該公司以上菜奇快「光速餐」和店員喝罵食客的差劣服務態度而聞名。 今次會示範舊式沖檸茶嘅方法 + 澳牛通粉丶澳牛炒滑蛋及多士

關於講者:
Joao Baptista（Johnny）DaRosa是一位具有37年成功經驗的遠見卓識的企業家，主要在三藩市灣區擔任要職。目前，他擔任Family Bridges Inc.的首席財務官，並且是DaRosa＆Associates的創始人。Johnny具有廣泛的教學經驗，曾在國際大學教授城市設計、生態城市規劃和自我提升。他還發表了諸如《Journey to Your Dream Home》和《Nuts and Bolts to Assemble Your Dream Home》等出版物，展示了他在領域內的專業知識。
